I watched a paranormal activity documentary on Foxtel last week. The two girls in the documentary were named Heaven-Leigh and Summer-Raine. not "bad" names, per se, just different and a play on words.

I think Glory is an AWESOME name. Precious is lovely - but possibly tainted by other cultural associations - but Sweetheart is stretching the theme, IMO.
Sorry I can't see/hear anything weird about Katinka at all? What am I missing?
A girl at school (Hungarian background) was named Timea.... She had to endure constant 'tinea' jokes, and Hungary/hungry jokes. She also had a surname that didn't help her cause - poor thing.
We went to a party last night, kids included. One of the little boys at the party was name Fox. Now it's not a bad bad name, just a rather unusual one, I did immediately think of Fantastic Mr Fox.
My DH and both commented this morning that at least it's not a name we will ever forget.
I met a little Fox recently and was slightly gutted that he wasn't named after Mulder
I know a lovely lady called Tenna. The first few weeks I knew her, all I could think of was Tena Lady incontinence products :P She was named that because she was born at Tennant Creek. Her brother, Durwin, was born in Darwin. They are 2 of 6 kids named for where they were born.
A girl from school legally changed her name to Vixen, such was her love of Mulder.
DD's little BFF from kinder (and now school) is called Thyme. And her brother is Fox. They are great kids. Their parents are lovely. But they have unusual names!
Fox is SO popular now, I know quite a few... Reminds me of a few years ago when I knew of 7 kids named Chilli in our area in one year.... I also know a little girl named Wolf...
I love the idea of calling a boy Wolf, because I think it sounds epic with our surname, but it would never make the 'approved' list from DH
Your surname is Verine, right?
lol Tinks!! I don't feel so bad now :D
I read these ones in a parenting mag a family had 3 kids Mielleii, Lieushii and Frenzii which translates to Miley, Lou-she and Frenzy. The first two aren't bad names as such but it's the spelling that gets to me!
I don't think it's a bad name, but more so poor spelling.. Qooper.
That's the name of a child in dd's preschool.
I've recently met a Miiranda.
I kept on spelling it "Miranda" because I had crazily assume that the first time I had read it, it was typed wrong.
No, it's Miiranda.
Far out.
That kid is gonna get called Kwooper his entire life.
Makes me think of the character on The Big Bang Theory that has a lisp and says "Shewdon Cwoopuh"
I met a boy called Brattus today. At first I thought it was a nickname but his father had it tattooed on his chest, so I guess it wasn't.
looking through another online forum and one of the Mum's on there DDs name was Oliveah.
Kid near us is BeeBo. (I am assuming spelling not actually sure exact spelling)
I saw on a FB page a while ago a child named Nevaeh Lleh. It's Heaven & Hell backwards :-/
There's a baby called Nevaeh on Teen Mom. Adding Hell to the end makes it so much worse!
Dunger. Worst name I've ever heard.
Exactly like dung wit er on the end. :/ awful.
That's a bloody dreadful name! Imagine being called Dunger. How is anyone ever going to take you seriously in life?
There was someone local that called their baby Brax yesterday. F***. How can people do that to kids. Now when I think of that kid I'm going to think of that try-hard bad boy stooge on home and away.
When I was pregnant with the twins I was saying to my Mum they I was having Braxton Hicks. Miss 4 pipes up with " Are they the twins names?" LOL :)
