    Congratulations on your pregnancy.
    My DD is Maya.
I also love Lilliana and Danya.
Out of your choices, I like Isabella.
DS is Daniel. So i obviously love that name.
Lucas would have been our second choice.

I'm just going to be honest and say, I really don't like Esme, Isla, Dean or Isaac. No offence, just my personal opinion. I just don't find they have a nice ring to them.

Definitely don't do Ruby Rose. Unless you're ok with everyone thinking you named your daughter after a celebrity.

I can't really help you with name combos as I don't do middle names. I find most combos sound weird. But it also depends on your last name whether the names will sound good. I general, I think a name sounds more balanced if the first and middle name have diffferent lengths. So either short name + long name or long name + short name. If both names have the same amount of syllables, it often sounds a bit boring.

    Maybe
    Riley Benjamin or Noah Benjamin
I think Ruby Isabella sounds a little more balanced than Ruby Isabelle
    Olivia Rose
    Ruby Esmeralda, Esmeralda Ruby
    Esmeralda Lilly, Lilly Esmeralda
You can still call her Esme.

After doing a lot of thinking, I need a bit more help on this. Could you tell me which first name you like best, it will help greatly with my decision.

My picks for girls are Olivia and Ruby. Esme is beautiful, but a lot of people are commenting how that name sounds very nanny.

    Names combos are...

    Olivia Florence May
    Olivia Ruby May
    Ruby Esmeralda May

May is a family name so I would love to add to the combo names, since my daughter already have three combos.

    My boy names picks are...

Noah Alexander (last name has letters o, d, a and r.. maybe this is it?)
    Noah Daniel
    Samuel Jude

    Any suggestions that could help.

    Thanks everyone xxx

I absoutely LOVE Olivia Rose May for a girl - that just flows so nicely

For a boy, I like Noah Daniel, that's what sticks out the most at me... Good luck!

Hi from another newbie I'd just like to say you have gorgeous taste in names! I love most of the ones on your girls list. My favourites are Sienna, Ruby and Olivia in that order; Esmeralda is a beautiful choice as a middle name and continues the tradition of naming after family members. I would suggest, out of the names you've chosen so far:

    Sienna Isla
    Ruby Isabella
    Olivia Esmeralda

I would recommend against putting Isla and Esme together as you get "Isle Esme" connotations from Twilight... -_- ... combined with Isabella on your list, that could lead to Twilight-overload!

If you wanted some other choices, I love Charlotte, Chloe, Cassandra, and Grace/Gracie. All of those would sound lovely with Mia

Out of the boys, my favourites from your list are Lucas, Noah and Samuel, all with Jude as a middle name. You are lucky to have so many great names in your family! My children will be stuck with Barry and Paul as grandfathers... ho hum...

Just a few weeks ago, we found out our bub's sex... Its a little boy! I like Olivia Florence May the best, but still love the names Ruby and Gracie. We wouldn't decide on a boy's name yet. I'm now 31 weeks, not much time to decide.

We are considering again, making another draft list for boys. I think picking a boy's name is harder than girls. So here are our list...

    - Alexander
    - Riley
    - Lucas
    - Samuel
    - Charlie
    - James

I would love to know what you think of each name and feel free to suggest any more classic strong name that is suitable either for a boy or a man. Would be nice to know what combos you can come up with that I haven't thought of.

    Thanks for your time ladies

Alexander - I like it. It really is quite a strong name.
Riley - Loove the name Riley, I hadn't thought of it for my own list (that I'm making for #2, whenever he or she decides to be conceived) so I'll be stealing that
Lucas - Not such a big fan of Lucas, it's nice though.
Samuel - Don't tell my husband, but the reason I don't want to name our pet mouse Sam is that I want to name one of my sons Samuel.
Charlie - Nah, too plain for me, I think. And what if Queen Liz pops her clogs sometime soon and people think you've named your son after Prince Charles?
James - Again, too plain for me. Plus DH's boss is named James

    More names you might like:
Scott - Bit obvious why I like this name, but I swear, I liked it long before I met DH!
    Jake/Jacob
    Gavin
    Brent
    Lance
    David
    Warren
    Kenneth/Kenny
    William/Bill

Ok I actually like all of your names on the list! However my favourite girls name is Olivia Florence May - it has a nice ring to it, it is beautiful and classic, sounds great for a baby, chid, teen and adult, and having a different number of syllables in each name seems to work well.

Boys I like Samuel Jude the best! Why? Well I just think it is a great name, goes well with Mia, he can be Sam, Samuel, Sammy etc and sounds better than Noah for an adult name (just my opinion sorry, I like the name Noah but Samuel sounds nicer). I think that Alexander goes better with Noah as a middle name though.

    Hope that helps
