I love Ky as a nickname as well which is one of the reasons we named our son Kyson I'm really picky when it comes to what nicknames a child might get.

Out of your list i like Kale the best but would probably spell it Cale. If you love Ky, why not simply go with Kai, its quite nice. What about Roman? Instead of the initials suit, you could go with the names ending with "on/an" that your other 2 boys have, Roman would fit in with this.

megs- Kyan is nice but my gf's ds is Kyan
My other thing about Kyuss, or a name similar that would be shortened to Ky is that we have Tyron who gets Ty
is Ky & Ty too close?
buffy- nope he is pretty sure Nate is a no. like Taite he thinks both are like "potato" he says it every time these 2 names come up so i dont think he'll ever get that out of his his lol, scout is cool too!
    he didnt like Caden

i also suggested Micah and Malachi but he didnt like either of them too.

Koda makes me think of Yoda... but I'm a huge Star Wars fan, hehehe.

What about Taye? I love that name. I'd put it on my list for if bub is a boy except a friend's son is named Taye

Taj is really common (around here anyway) I like Kale (my nephews name) also spelt with a K. Not sure about Kyuss it looks like a swear world. Congrats on 3 buba boys!
