I'm trying to remember an old movie (Clint Eastwoods 'any which way you can') and Skyler was a male actors name.

I've only ever heard of Skyler when we started watching Breaking Bad and it's the wife's name. I like it as a girls name and can't really see it as a boys name.
I think girl when I hear it. I never knew it was a boys name...?
I have a great niece called Skylar, had never heard it before this, When the DD's were at school there were a couple of girls called Skye
I read it as a girls name.. but what about Sylar for a boy? Just getting it from Heroes lol.. but i see that more to be boy than Skylar
I thought it was a boys name! Could be either? I have an Asher (girl) tho, lol!
Sounds like more of a girls name to me. Especially spelt Skylah
I'd have thought either, but depending on how to spell it, whether its for a boy or girl...
Personally, I don't like it for either
There used to be a Skyler at our playgroup (little girl). I had it on a boys list while pg. I think it's uni sex
I do think of it as a girls name, I think it's really pretty.
I have never known someone by this name but thought 'boy' when I first read it. After reading the thread I can picture it for either.
Definately girl name to me !!
... i like Rylar for a boy![]()
I have a friend with a little girl called this, but it is spelt Schuyler....I prefer Skylah![]()
I think Skylar is a unisex name, though I see it as more of a boy name. I wanted it for a boy but DH doesn't like it... so I suggested it for a girl and he still doesn't like it![]()
I dont know any. I think its more a boys name. If you like it use it.
I also love the similar name, Cuyler (Ky-ler).
I think I met him at Bells too. I so wanted a boy called Sky(lar) but xp nixed it the tool.
I know someone with a 4 yr old girl. Its a pretty name.
