For flowers this is a list I googled.

Aciano ... "The blue bottle flower."

    Fiorello ... "Little flower." ...

    Florent ... "In flower." ... [9]

    Florian ... "Flower." ... [3]

Gentian Flower name: the gentian was named after an ancient king of Illyria (now coastal Croatia) ... [3]

Hyacinthe ... A flower name that was originally a male name ... [3]

Jacinto ... Masculine form of the Greek flower name Hyacinth. [3]

Nalin ... a beautiful flower that flourishes in muddy waters ... [1]

Plantagenet ... Broom is an English flower ... (I think this one sounds a tad sci fi)

I really like Flint, it's got a nice strong sound to it. I personally would steer away from any of the names that start with Flo... as I think it sounds a bit feminine. Good luck x

Jem in Mockingbird was Jeremy, but Jem in Anne was James.

Linden is a tree-ish boy's name: it means of the lime tree.
