I think they both sound very nice! Lily is a beautiful name, however i know what you mean about being 5 in there class! It is quite popular at the moment, but if thats what name you love then it dosnt matter.. You could look into names like LIly?? i.e lila etc..
Love boys name, sounds great!
Yeh, i'm so sorry to admit but i too second Ren's comment
Wow, what an unusual boy's name Emmet ... it's growing on me
All the heartfelt best in name chosing ... not always as easy a task as some might think as you know it's a decision to last a lifetime ... and thereafter
to be honest i'm not a fan of emmet.
and i'm kinda with the others on the Lilly being a name thats too popular.
We were the same when we were piking a boys name. I LOVED lachlan but then eveyone started naming their boys lachlan.
Hugs
xx
I'm in concurrence with most of the others - I love Emmet, and Lily is sweet, but probably not that uncommon. How about names that might have a similar feel? You could try a great website I love for names called Nymbler, which suggests names based on what you already like.
I love Lily and i don't think there are that many of them around, we have none in our whole school of 385 kids! There are none in DS's mother's group and none of my friends have one!
Not a big fan of Emmet, sorry, sounds wussy.
I love the name Lily, I'd love to use it for our little bub. Unfortunately DF doesn't I don't think it's overly popular though, and there are always going to be names that are used more often than others, but I wouldn't let frequency of use put you off.
I have a school of 900 and only have one Lily. Her name is actually - as Lily-Rose but noone calls her that... don't see the point. It is commonish, but not as bad as having 3 Natasha's in one class and 4 Joshua's in another.
Gonna make my baby name task even harder. Both DH and I are teachers and if it's not me going "yuk I have a "insert name here" and he's a little shyte", he does it too!!!
