    Girls names.

Ok, so far i can't find anything i can see myself using...
I like the way Rhea looks on paper but DP says it sounds like rear...
    DP likes
Naomi (my mum's mortal enemy, if i use it it would start WW3)
Kiah (don't hate it, but don't love it either)
    Freya (same as Kiah)
Katelyn (hate that it would get shortened)

I'm just having a really hard time with naming this bub. I think it may be because i had my heart set on a boy, this being my last bub but that's another thread...

What about Rhiannon then you could shorten it th Rhea. Play with the spelling maybe.
Out of his choices I love Freya and Kiah reminded me of the car Kia.

I love Kiah from your list though Naomi is a pretty awesome name too

I know how you are feeling too about finding a 3rd girls name its so so hard isn't it (especially when you hoped for a boy) so massive understanding hugs the right name WILL come to you x

I like Naomi but it sounds like your not really that keen on any of them.

    Our shortlist was
Natasha, Chloe, Aria, Olivia, Haylee, Elisabeth, and Danielle.

    Hope you find 'the one'

I love Katelyn. Second would be Naomi.
I don't really like any of the others much, sorry!
TBH, if you like Naomi, then name baby Naomi. It's not your mothers child, nor should it matter what she would name it!

i used to live across the rd from a little girl called Kiah, i thought it was a nice name, different, but not too out there, and it really suited her

Is Rhea pronounced RAY or Re-ah?
Im not a big fan of the other names sorry

See i like Kiah, but like i said i don't love it. I just can't find "the one".
DP and i both really like Naomi but honestly it's not worth the drama with my mother...

The middle name will most likely be Brenda after my Nan, we were going to use her middle name Ursula but then we might acccidently spell something.

nickers - I would pronounce it re-ah whether i am right or not is a different matter lol

Thanks everyone for your input any other name suggestions would be great. We aren't huge fans of names that can be shortened and popular names being a Je$$ i had at least 2 others every year in my classes in year 1 there were 6 of us. So yeah any help would be awesome

I like old fashioned names as long as they aren't too common. Um i dunno haha different but not CRAZY. My DD's names are Ly!a Gr@ce and $hay Bet#any. I like names that can't be shortened.

How about Kyra? It's a mix of Kiah and Freya.

On the same theme - Leah, Pia, Tia. I like the suggestion of Rhiannon to be shortened to Rhea. Also Rhianna. From your list, I like Freya the best. I also like Talia. What about Keyra?

Do you like Naomi? If you really liked it, your mum would probably get over it

Katelyn probably would get shortened but you can always correct people. I have to do that with my mum for my DD. She's Emily but mum keeps shortening it to Emi, which I don't like.

I love the names of your first two DD's

If only my mother was that easy... No everything is always about her as it is if i used Naomi she'd honestly probably never speak to me again...

I'd rather avoid a name that is so easy to shorten like Katelyn cos people know i like my kids names to be their names (does that make sense?) So they lengthen my girls names. They call Ly!a Delilah and Sh@y Sh@y-Sh@y or Ricochet (apparently this is hilarious they also call her "ping ping" cos of Ricochet Rabbit )

I like Pia DP says no though

Farmgirl - Kyra is quite pretty will put it on our list thanks

It's so hard trying to please everyone

I struggled with naming one girl lol I can't imagine naming the 3rd one lol

I like Kyra too - it is pretty, different but not obscure lol

Ally, Aly, Allie - short for Alyson, which is a really pretty name to write down. I have an obsession with how it feels to write out - I had pages and pages of me writing names out before I decided lol

Maybe you can try out different names that spring to mind while you are talking until the right one comes out one day lol
