dont the americans pronounce aaron that way, but spell it the normal way?
Pronunciation is AIR-en so like Aaron but with an 'air' sound not a short 'a'
And it's NOT for me! LOL
The best I can think of is Ayrenn

Yeh similar but kinda longer.
My friend was thinking of Erin but no one will say it right, plus it's for a boy.
Eiren?
Well a girls name is spelled Erin
I would spell it Aeron, and I have heard it before. I am wondering if it is A Scottish name actually as it seems mainstream to me.
ETA yes it is a celtic and norse name, so coming from the north of Scotland it is a fairly normal name, although I have only known a few people to use it.
I like the look of Aerin.
Eiren?
Thanks I will pass these on
I like Aeron and Eirenn but I've also seent he latter only for a girl.
I immediately thought Aeron![]()
I always thought that Erin could be an Irish boys name? I have absolutely NO solid basis for that thought though.
Aerin or Airen or Aeren all look good to me.
Well there's Aerin Lauder, the Estee Lauder make up heiress and Sarah Murdoch recently called her baby girl Aerin.
what about Ayrin
or Airyn
or Ayran
or Airan
hmm
My Dh's mate's name is spelt Aaron, and all his friends pronounce it Aron, but his mum calls him Airen. I guess it's just all in the pronounciation. A bit like Lauren being Lor-ren or, as Bert Newton calls his daughter, Law-ren, Lol.
Or I guess she could spell it Eyren
well as my user name suggest, my name is Erin and I'm a girl LOL. I've never heard of it for a boy before, I've only heard Aaron for boy & Erin for girl. But I get called Aaron alot
I've been looking at the way to pronounce it as you put it & that's how I say my name Erin.
Erin is actually an Irish Girls name also, or English version of. It can be used for both sexes but it's originally used as a feminine forename. Erin is the name given to the female personification of Ireland.
