    Interesting names

I have two names stuck in my head. I'm not even sure I like them that much, they're just stuck in my brain!

Kaine for a boy, and Delta-Mia for a girl. The latter reminds me of an italian recipe or something. Well, DP is of italian descent. So I guess he has used an italian recipe to create them...

    Weird or edgy?

    I like Kaine.

Unfortunately Delta makes me think of Delta Goodrem, whom I can't stand, so I don't like it.

My BIL is Kane, not used terribly often anymore, but not sure about edgy (bit biased, BIL is def not edgy lol).
Delta-Mia sounds like a river terminology to me, sorry.

I prefer Kaine spelt Kane. Not a fan of Delta-Mia.

BAHAHA... love the responses. Mia would be a middle name by the way. I think my biggest problem is that I really dislike Delta Goodrem.... Last time a name got stuck in my head I used it. Hence my son's kicka** name lol.

Might have to can that one though lol. It really is hard to come up with a name to suit Axel as a sibling. And yes, I also said 'hmmm.. Kaine and Axel? A bit odd'. DP really likes it though. Might have to work on the girls names a bit more.

I really like Arabella, and Arianna, and Ava, but then I'll have two A's. I suppose that wouldn't be the end of the world.

I don't mind the name Delta if Mia is the middle name and its not hyphenated. I probably wouldn't use it myself, but I think it's a nice name when I'm not thinking of it in conjunction with Delta Goodrem.

Arianna is an old favourite of mine. Would not have passed DH's normalcy test though. If he's never met someone with a name, then its out. If he's met someone with a name, then it's also out. I have no idea how we managed to name our kids lol!

I'm not a huge fan of Delta, but for unusual names, it's a better choice than many I've heard. Arabella & Ava are both pretty choices.

I like Kaine, but prefer the spelling Kane. I think Kaine would be forever spelling his name. It does make me think of the Cain & Abel story too, which is not a great association IMO.

I know an Arianah. Very pretty name. Delta Mia makes me think of a sorority/fraternity name.

I have two J's, an S & a B. Not the end of the world

I know an Arabella. She is always referred to as Bella.

Axel is a rockstar name to me so Delta just doesnt seem edgy enough to stand up next to it. The name that came to me when I thought about a Sister for your DS was Kat. When I think of a brother's name, the weirest name came to my mind John-Paul, JP for short. I know you didn't ask for my opinion so please feel free to disrefard my left-field response.
