I used NAME VOYAGER to help me find an old name for DD. It gives you names in their popularity from the 1800s right through to now so you can eliminate names which have been popular in recent years. Very interesting site to look at any how. Just google it.

My dad is Perry- which i thought was a little old fashion and not common at all- until a few years ago when i heard somebody i know name there child that- he is such a well mannered 10year old (from what i see anyway).

Other older type names i know of- Percy, Colin, Hector, Les (who I'm assuming was Leslie), Harold, George, Alfred, Francis.

Thats all i can think of right now from family and friends, but i also serve alot of elderly clients in my job, so will probably find myself being more aware now of the old fashioned men's names- so if i see any i'll try to let you know.
