I changed my name a few years back so I had my great-grandmother's middle name as my middle name. I have always loved the name and I suddenly realised I may not ever have a daughter to give it to, and a granddaughter... well, she's not mine to name really... so changed my name.

My grandma was happy about it, but I then found out great-grandma hated her middle name LOL. I still love it. (Grandma hates her name too, but much as I love Grandma I wouldn't use the name for one of my children, I think she decided to nip that thought in the bud if it was there though!)
