Name spelling

Hi everyone,
I'm expecting my first baby in about 8 weeks, a boy according to the sonographer
One fairly recent addition to our list of names is Tadhg - which is an irish name pronounced like Tiger without the r (Tige).
I've fallen in love with the name, but i am worried he will always have to spell and pronounce it for people. So i'm wondering if we should spell it Taig or Tighe instead. Any thoughts?
Also - i'm hunting for a middle name, i'd like to find a dutch name if possible for family reasons - but nothing too unusual as Tadhg is obviously unusual enough

Our surname is O'Brien - so I'm not keen on names ending in O or N
