i think there is so much variation out there now that people just won't care! you have people like Sarah who used the full name of Alexzander, but another BB'er who just used Zander - both boys get the same name most of the time i'm sure! i think go with what you like hun - and if people don't get it - stiff!
Hehehehe my boy is Zander - we liked Alexander but knew he would get Alex, which personally (please no offence to anyone!!!) I don't like for a shortened name, hence just going with Zander!

i'm with the thinking you should name them what you think you are going to call them!! - maybe we should have named him Boo then ... oops
