Smile Our first round of names

Well I am pregnant but going to confirm with doc this week and hopefully all goes well. DH and I were discussing names the other day and at the moment without really thinking too hard, we're sticking with:

Charlie (possible Flynn) for a boy
    and
Darcie .....no idea! for a girl

We always wanted Darcie or Darcy but I think Darcy for a boy would be too much with our DD Mackenzie.

Any opinions? I really love unisex names that aren't weird but not too common either. In saying that I do realise Charlie is quite common!! Anyway any other suggestions would be wonderful! Last name ends in er sound with 2 syllables.

Congratulations on your pregnancy. I like both those names.

I think Darcy for a boy is fine with Mackenzie. I prefer the spelling Darcie for a girl. BTW my friend has a daughter called Charlie.

    How about Darcie Monique

Charles nn Charlie maybe? That might be less common, and Charlie is sort of informal as a given name.

I think I prefer Darcy spelled Darcy for either gender.

    More unisex names:
    Arden
    Blair
    Evelyn

    Francis or Frances
    Jesse or Jessie
    Jordan
    Juniper

    Leslie or Lesley
    Robin
    Rowan

    Valery or Valerie

I think if you go with Darcie for a girl you need a feminine middle name..

    Darcie Juliette
    Darcie Makenna
    Darcie Chanel
    Darcie Sheree

I like Charlie Flynn for a boy
    Other middle names..

    Charlie James
    Charlie Ryan
Hm can't think of any other but I think it sounds best with a 1 syllable middle name..

Good luck in choosing a name for your little one

Oohhh this is soo hard!! I love Quinn but my brother's name is Quinton so bit too close I think. I love Addison too but too close to Maddison which we know a few of. Like Emmerson but not as much as others.

I do like the combination of Darcy Eden - keep that in back of mind!

Very glad I wrote on here - some great ideas!!!
