Nervous about name choice

I only have 3 weeks to go, and am getting nervous about our name choice! We have chosen Jyden Daniel R****ck, and have no back-up names (that we both agree on)

What do you think of our choice?
Has anyone else had the same feelings as their due date got closer?

Absolutely! My boys all have unusual names and although I only knew the sex of two of them before they were born I had the "cold feet" thing big time, especially with Scout. Even after he was born I still wasnt sure I had made the right choice. But now I cant imagine him being called anything else.
My advice is just give it time. Im sure he will suit his name once you meet him and in a few months you wont even remember feeling unsure about it.

I think Jyden is a nice spin on Jayden, its nice and different but not wacky different
He wont get picked on and ppl will always comment what a nice name it is

So dont be nervous I think its a great name!

Its really nice, i wasn't sure on ella's name but now i just love it. Unless you have a name you love alot more than jyden then just stick with it. Thats why we ended up choosing ella for our little girls name, there was no name that we actually liked more! Make sense?

Jyden is just sort of meh to me, it's rather bland and trendy. I love Daniel, though.

I had chosen 2 names that I really liked and waited untill I met my little man before deciding.. I love the name Jyden and Jai for short is cute
