    ... you will probably laugh at me but i always think if i was gonna name a child a name that is like a country it's best i have at least visited there eg, China etc ... although i have to say i like the sound of India as a name

    I have a friend with an Indiah and another with an Indiana, both girls.... I love Indi for short! Less popular then the other names you like I think?

    I love the name Indianna!

    TBH India reminds me of the baby on Neighbours lol. But I still like it!

    I love India (do think of neighbours but love it) I see beauty, flowing hair and gorgeous skin!

    Indianna I don't like.

    We had a LO at day care named India and she was a gorgeous little girl
    we also had an indigo, she was sweet too.

    Other similar-ish names:
    Indie,
    Xania (zar-nee-ah),
    Lucia (loo-chee-ah)

    I remember one of the mums at school called her baby India and i thought it was terrible LOL But now she is in yr 6 I am so used to it and she is such a great kids that i really like it.

    Indra might be another option if you do get too many of that comment of it being like the Neighbours baby.

    We obviously have quite similar taste in names.

    Sienna is first on my list.

    Closely followed by Indi / Indie.. i think i like it just a bit more than India. But usually it will become the nickname anyway!

    My cousins daughters name is Indiana nn Indi. I loveeeee it! and she is such a cutie
