    Hug-A-Bub or similar wrap. The baby is really snug in there, even the head, so if you need to chase after your toddler, bubba is really secure. Believe me, I had to run after DD a lot...
    I'd also get a cheap-ish pouch sling for quick trips (popping into the pharmacy for example) when it's too much of a hassle to put the baby in a wrap or when you have to put them in an out multiple times over a short period.
    I have never been able to feed well in any carrier. But that's more to do with my physique than the type of carrier. I know many women find it easy to feed in a wrap.
