Does your baby like your sling/carrier?

My DD loves hers. When we get to the shops and she see's me get it out she squeals with delight and flaps her arounds around a claps with a beautiful smile. I love it she makes me smile when Im tucking her in. As much as she loves it though she is normally asleep in 15-30mins. I have a baby hawk mei-tai and couldnt live without it, (I spent a fortune on a new pram with a toddler seat and would be lucky if Ive used it half a dozen times )

I think I love it as much as her lol

Bit off track but I was shopping today and a little boy about 20months walked past us and said 'look mum there is a baby in a bag' too cute, his Mum was a bit embaressed but I thought it was gorgeous.

yes...my ds starts grinning and giggling and squealing when he sees me wrapping the hab. he just loves being snuggled up so tight

I just got my BHMT the other day and OMG I love it! I have used wraps and the ergo and other MT's but this one is the shiiiiit!
2 days in a row, wearing it for the WHOLE day while out (of course taking him in and out to feed and change) and I haven't been sore at all!!

We didn't get our ring sling til DS was about 11 months, but he thought it was great! Spent most of his time in it sleeping & fed in it too while shopping! Loved that thing!!

i have a peanut shell sling... DD likes it sometimes (she usually just goes straight to sleep!!) but other days i just cant seem to get her comfy!!?? maybe im doing something wrong

We had a HAB for a couple of months (DS is gigantor) and he adored it ....he loves the ergo just as much though
I don't even keep the pram in the car now - carrier is wwwwaaayyyy easier!

DS1 didnt like slings at all which was a surprise as he was a very cuddly baby.

DD really liked the HAB I borrowed but I havent had a chance to make a wrap or mei tei yet

I think Nate likes the snuggles and being carried more than he actually likes the carriers (we have several).....but who cares! I love it too.

Sararose, I love comments like that too. We live in a country town that's quite affluent so they all have their whizz bang exxie prams but no-one carries their babies. All the Nonnas come up and peek in lol.

i have the close carrier and at the moment DS doesnt like it unless hes sleeping and i dont want to turn him around coz i dont know if its safe or not coz they reccomend not till 4 months and ds likes to look around
