I have the same trouble with my DD. She likes to be asked too. I think the problem is more that she doesn't want a nappy on at all. I ask her if I can change her nappy and she will nod, and let me lie her down & take her nappy off. Then the screaming starts. For some reason, this is what happens with wet ones. Pooey ones, she wants kept on so she'll say no and run away lol! I try to let her run around nappy free if it's warm enough and we are at home. I agree with giving her a toy to play with. I don't recommend giving your phone . It worked for getting her nappy changed but then she didn't want to give it back. DD managed to unlock mine and change some settings. Took forever to work out what she'd done.
