Felix is turning 1 in a couple of weeks (can't quite believe it!)

Just wondering...does anyone have any tips to help a 1st birthday party run smoothly?

We're just having a casual get together down at the park family and friends. Probably looking at it going just for 2 hours and starting around 1:30-2:00pm-ish.

But just wondered if anyone has any great hints on what to do (or not to do)...
