are there any speech probs in the family babes?
Remember that boys and girls all develop differently and each child is different too.

My DD is 29 months and i think she will have a stutter like me. She goes through phases of stuttering. She will say like "nnnnnnnnnnnnnno" or "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaabi" but she is okay atm. DD is stringing words together and forming sentences, even though they are not correct, you can still understand her. She will say "me go ishing" (fishing) or "come abi (brother in turkish) play outside". There are words which i cannot comprehend and she becomes frustrated.

Taking you DS to a speech therapist is probably too early as he is so young. Do you correct what he says? When he says "mane" do you say "no,plane" and get him to say it with you?

It is frustrating i know. We all want our little ones to be the perfect children with no imperfections. I hear you on how you are feeling. As a parent with a stutter, having a speech defect is so hard in life.
