The saline nose drops are good to help clear nostrils, or if breastfeeding some breast milk dropped on there too. A vaporiser in the room while sleeping, propping the cot mattress up slightly so they aren't lying flat helps with the coughing. The euky rub or Vicks rub also is great!

Im a huge fan of nice steamy bathrooms and a shower or bath and pretty much what the other clever ladies have suggested Its hard when they are so little, they all get sick though, hun, dont beat yourself up

All of the above...and rubbing euky bear on his feet and putting socks on....even just a saucepan filled with boiling water and eucalyptus oil in will make the room smell nice give off vapours...
