Another growth spurt?

Do babies typically have growth spurts at 8 months? My DD has been quite irritable for the past couple of days and has been particularly hard to settle during the day. She is still sleeping great at night but only napping during day. She is also feeding quite a lot (only breast milk - no solids). Any ideas?

Jordie, I think there might be. My DS is also eating waaay more than usual and has been harder to resettle at night time. It has been three nights so far, I am hoping it is over soon lol
