unless he is having growth spurts every few weeks, i'm not sure.
FJ i would start by seeing if you can eliminate the possibility of cramps by giving him a milo sometime prior to bed to help increase magnesium
they have a nulti vit tab dsily, will check if that has magnesium in it
Nope they don't! Ok, I wllStart giving them Some Aktivite ( I don't buy Nestle). Only problem with that is if they know we have it i nthe house then we all eat it LOL. Reason I don't by it all the time.
FJ, my daughter always gets them in her right calf - no idea why its always on the same side.
