Porridge is great for them -very healthy and also low GI too. Sultana bran is also quite good and if you add a little hot water to it, you still get the same consistency as weetbix.
Em, you can get cornflakes sweetened with fruit juice in the health food aisle. I think they are organic too. Autie loves them for a change now and then.
Our favourite is rice puffs (the ones in the health food aisle) with some milk (soy for us but whatever) and some acidopholus yoghurt. Put in some ground linseed and nuts like cashew and pistacio and then if you want to sweeten a little put a dash of honey. But if I can't be bothered it is just the rice puffs or weetbix, or porridge in winter.
bircher mueslie - I make up a big batch every week and just serve it every morning. very easy, just mueslie, a grated apple, a tub of natural yogurt and honey to sweeten. Then serve with frozen berries YUM!
