    Wow I didn't even think to use my feet to hold her down, I have to try that!
    Also, wearing a funny hat is a brilliant idea, I'll have to go and get one from the $2 shop.
    And the Iphone idea, I will definitely try it. It's reassuring to know we're not the only ones. Everyone else I know thinks I'm exaggerating when I explain that nappy changes take nearly 30 minutes.

    nah, DD hit a spot at 16 months where she liked listening to instructions. I ask her to lie down to change her nappy now and 80% of the time she does. Right now she's teething so 20% of the time she's a pain in the arse lol. She likes helping so I say "can you please help mummy by being good while you get a dry bum?". We also have a silly made up song I sing when she's changed but she LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVES music so I have the benifit there
