Just a quite note about the moo goo infant scalp cream. Best to put a thick layer on over the entire area at night when you put them to bed. Then wash out the next morning. I've never known this to not work. The oils need time to soak in and lift the cradle cap.

I have a big jat of parrafin wax DH was at a dermatologist and he recommended it. Its called dermeeze you can get it at the chemist. Like others have said you layer it on and then it comes off in the bath wth gentle massage or a comb.
With both gorls I had to take it off the cradle cap it never just came off but you need something to loosen it so it doesn't hurt.
