DD is 14mo and sleeps in her cot in our room. Her room is at the other end of our house and opposite her older sisters room and as I've had DD2 sick on and off since approx Feb-Aug we kept her in with us as we were up with her so much and so DD1 wasn't being disturbed as she started school this year.

Anyway long story short, I want to move her to her own room, she is teething though but my concern is that she still wakes during most nights and I either have to give her the dummy, move her position in the cot as she usually ends up with her head up against the rails and I can hear her hitting it, or I just have to put her blankets back on. Sometimes she even cries and when I go to the cot she is actually asleep and I don't have to do anything.

I'm torn on wanting to move her into her room but knowing I'll have to get up and walk down to her room often. Some nights she doesn't wake but more often than not she wakes a couple times.

Suggestions on if I should move her and/or how to help her sleep without me having to go in.
