DH will drive there I would just have to drive home. DH really wants to go and take Will. I might go for an hr.

Does your DH realise that you are not supposed to drive for 6 weeks after having a c/s and that you still have to take it easy as a c/s is major surgery. If you explain to him that you are still in pain and not allowed to drive and that if you want to come home he will have to drive you (and not drink) then he might change his mind about going. Good luck
