No no!! Just salty water, I promiseAlcohol wipes/sprays (like the ones you're looking for) and antibacterial soaps tend to be too drying and can interfere with proper healing as well as causing irritation, redness and soreness. Just make up a solution of warm salty water (table salt has always worked fine for me, ftr!) - 1tbsp salt to 1 cup warm water (tap water's fine, but if you can use cooled boiled water and warm it up a bit), swab the piercing with cotton buds/balls twice a day and it should be healed in no time
I had DD1's ears pierced at 18 months and they were healed within two weeks using just salt water soaks, we had no issues whatsoever with infection despite her always having grubby hands![]()
