After my post yesterday my sons fever came down to under 37.5 (was 38.2) and he seemed much better. But now even after nurophen his temp is 38.8 now and he has slept all day inbetween crying fits. He doesnt like me touching him either. Im worried now but dont want to run off to the hosp and look like an idiot if its nothing.

What should I do?
