Nina was exactly like you described Jett a couple of weeks ago. I rang my dr as it was during the day and he wanted me to come down ASAP, Nina's temp got to 38.8.
It turned out she was at the early stages of an ear infection, so after some antibiotics and more nurofen, she came better during the night.
I hope he gets better quickly.
