Alexa has been in her BIG Bed (cot with side off now as it is a convertible cot) 5 nights ago.. & counting LOL, this is our second attempt (I give in to easily & dont like playing the jack-in-a-box game)...

I made the big deal about taking the side off & she chose the bedding & 'helped' make the bed... the first night she kept getting out of bed so now I hhave to shut the door... she still cries & throws a tanty after she has finished her bottle, but the time is getting less & less (not a CC option really though)...

I also made her a bedtime sticker chart & have spongebob stickers & make a big deal about getting a sticker in teh morning if she stayes in her big girl bed all night... she sort of understands this (but i did put the chart out of arms reach though cause she tried to pull the stickers off LOL...)..

I slightly open her bedroom door when I go to bed & she jsut comes in to our room in the morning... so far no really early morning wake up calls...
