Maybe she'll get there again. My son actually loves hopping in the pram... the challenge can be keeping him happy to stay in there

Oh- I meant to ask if you've tried the ergo hip carry yet? That's worked well for us.
No I haven't tried the hip carry yet so I will do that next.... sounds good! I'm also bringing out our other sling too that i used when she was a newborn and i can carry her on my hip and it helps hold her weight so thats good too.

Good you're finding a way around it. Lol at your DD getting in the baby stroller. DS wanted to do that the other day, but he's way to heavy for his.

I guess that's the advantage of being slightly older. when I warn him that he'll break something (and then won't be able to play with it anymore) he actually stops and considers... well, usually...

Great news!! Lately I've been taking out our 3 wheeler jogger pram and DD seems to like that one!!!! So the stroller has been put aside for now, and we're back to using the 3 wheeler pram. She won't let me strap her in but that's okay as I just put the front bar up and just watch her closely. Yay!!!! She will only stay in for up to about 20mins but that's okay, its a huge progress!!!! I can go walking again with my mothers group!!

Haha I'm just reading this now!! I'm glad its all sorted out

FWIW, DS never liked the pram, and we didn't have any carriers for him so we carried him everywhere.. our arms got very sore.

Now - at 3.5, he loves both the pram and the carriers - probably cos he doesn't get much of a turn in them anymore cos someone smaller is always getting a go - and he has to walk!! haha!

Great news!! It is so hard when they get vocal about their likes and dislikes... Glad you have found a compromise that works! xo

quick question, is she in the pram, go for a walk, back home again, or do you stop and let her get out for a play before it's time to go home again?

Depends! If it's for a quick walk then I don't take her out and she's usually happy and if we are at the shops with the pram then depends sometimes i let her out, other times I don't.... depends on her mood! sometimes i won't let her out cos i just know she will not go back in.... other times if i let her out thinking she may not go back in, its ok because i know i'm done shopping and can carry her back to the car kwim?
Wow that doesn't even make sense hahaha hope it does!
