Around 7-8 weeks is a wonder week (Jodi - week 5 is one as well )where bubs has a developmental milestone and can upset them thus affecting behaviour.
They can cry a lot more, sleep worse, affects feeding etc but is totally normal.

If you are worried its somehting more than that, then take her to the GP or MCHN..
