That stuff tastes awful. DS hates it but looooves nurofen - could you try that instead?
If not, just squirt it in and hope for the best.

Buy Dymadon brand instead or as above nurofen. Panadol brand tastes aweful.
You can get panadol supposatrys for kids as well.
