Can you raise her mattress to about 30degrees when you put her down? I know it's not strictly in accordance with the SIDS guidelines, but it may help.
I also think smaller more frequent feeds may help, but am not sure. I'm speaking from experience as a paediatric nurse, not as a mum, so not sure how much help it will be. I think that the main thing is that she is having good wet nappies a few times a day. You're obviously doing the right thing by getting the CHN to check her and weigh her, and I think that is something you should keep up until you feel comfortable.
