Yep, from the pharmacy. There are 2 types of Bepanthen, it is the dual action ointment I used. Desitin is very stinky and sticky, so be careful where it goes. Maybe try the Sudocrem first, and if that doesn't work go for the Desitin, it has twice the zinc.
