Starting to think this may be a bit of a phalacy! DS is a back sleeper, doesn't move much in his sleep. I don't change the ends of his cot, and guess what?... no flat spot. Bawld spot yes, but no flat. Maybe all babies are different, but i really think that this is one of those thinks that people get too exited about, and may not even happed.
