    My boys LOVE sleepovers. They get spoiled rotten, and new toys to play with, new people to shower attention on them.

    Try not to worry (you can always call Nan to see how things are going). Think of all the fun stuff you can do, grab takeaway and not have to share, have a long bath with your mummy ears turned off, sleep-in in the morning...enjoy your time!

    Thamks girls i knew you would all understand I am actually off to dinner so am really looking forward to getting ready in peace and having some time wiht DH before I head out to meet my girlfriends!

    aww hun its OK !!!! i was like that the 1st time i left DS with my mum , now if she offers , i say - here you go , see you tomorrow

    i do miss him late at night ,so much so that i txt my mum saying - bring him home !! but he has such a blast at at Oma's how can i refuse ?

    Don't worry, we love having our GS for the night.
    We are having a break at the moment as I have a DH who need my full attention as he is on crutches. That said I had them yesterday and we had a great time.
    Wait until their first day of school. That was the hardest day for me even though I still had one at home.
    Enjoy your time out and your sleep in.
