I think you just need to find the right time and be honest with your DH.

After DD2 was born both Dh and I were adamant that we were finished. We were happy with our little family. Then in the year after DD2 was born we went through some things that made me change my mind. I just knew we werent finished. Perhaps my saving grace was that I blurted it out to Dh as I realised that I wasnt finished, neither he or I were ready for the conversation. It took a lot of talking, a lot of understanding but we worked it out. Obviously we decided on a 3rd.

But you need to talk to each other. Come to a decision, it may mean that you need to talk a few times, but you need to.

FWIW - if I hadn't have changed my mind, we sould still be a single child family. Perfectly happy. Probably alot better off financially. But I did change my mind after each kid, and so did DH. And although things aren't always perfect, and money has to go alot further, neither of us 'regret' our (sometimes impulsive) change of minds - even if we do reminisce about the days with none or fewer kids.

I change my mind on a daily basis about having more kids.

Couldn't have written it better myself!!!! I definitely think about how good it would be with no kids... but then who would say "wuv you mummy" and give me a big cuddle?

I've decided to live my life with no regrets - cos I don't want to be on my death bed wishing I had done something when I was young enough to do it.
