    The evidence that I know about (which doesn't necessarily mean it's right!) says that they start nightmares around 2, the same time they start appearing in their own dreams.

    I don't really know what it could be though. Could it be a "lower" reaction to BLS, like further down in his gut? Not necessarily pain, just an unfamiliar sensation?

    Thanks Audax. One of my Belly Buddies thinks it might be because he was sleeping on his side, and his arm might have gone to sleep or started to hurt. That makes sense, but he likes sleeping on his side so there's not much we can do about that. It makes sense though!
