I know that she loves me.. im just feeling a bit flat with her being sick and all and all of us not getting much sleep.. kinda feeling like im falling apart a bit - like a failure of a mum for some reason.

there is nothing worse than seeing your litle one run into someone elses arms when you go to work. My DS LOVES is FDC carer, and gets excited to see her. Some days it is like "go now mum it is great here". But then occasionally on days like today he lunged at me when I arrived to pick him up.

I wish I could have my mum take care of him... I think it is wonderful that your DD gets the opportunity to have a relationship with nan.
