DD1 took her first independent steps at 17 months old. She walked around hanging on to walls for a few months before that. Severe hip dysplasia baby.

DD2 is 16 months. She "walks" on her knees, so crawling with no hands. She can move around holding onto furniture but chooses not to. She had soft hips but only needed double nappies for treatment.

I'm surprised that she isn't walking yet, but know she isn't because she's found another way.
