I'd try it hun. If its only an hour, she might be okay, especially if she has a toy or something as a maybe distraction. You're only a phone call away too, if she gets upset. We find that when we leave DD with someone, we have to make sure she sees us leave - she gets super upset if we just disappear, but kind of gets that we've gone somewhere if she watches us go. She's always been like that.
