Willow - sounds like a lot of work, doesn't it? I wrap him in a towel (so his arms don't get in the way) and put his head in the crook of my elbow over the hand basin with some warm water in it. I wash his hair with the shampoo, rinse and then put the conditioner. I stand there with me gurgling at him for a couple of minutes and then rinse. Then I put him in the bath with his brother if it's afternoon bath time. If it's the morning hair wash session, I just dress him. After the bath/hair wash I just let his hair dry and then brush it. He still has dry skin on his head, but the brown crusty stuff is gone. I suppose I could moisturise his head - but I like how fluffy his hair goes with the conditioner. He looks too cute!! It's a mummy's prerogative.
