Multivitamins for kids

mbear - I only ever give Aidyn 1/4 tsp, mixed into a small cup of diluted juice... and he doesn't seem to notice it!

How do you give your kids omega 3..is there something pleasant to give to them, like a chewable thing? I'd love to try this for DS who has concentration issues.

I have used multi's for the first time two weeks ago for my older kids, as DS1 got influenza and had it for 5 weeks and had gone off his food. My kids are big vege, grain and fruit eaters and dont have junk food so I've never been too worried about vitamins, but they don't like meat based protein much, so I'd like to try omega 3 if possible.
