Hi Renee, Sorry, I don't have any experience with having a little one with gastro. But dehydration is scary, so if you're worried at all there is no harm in taking her back to the dr/hospy to look at getting a drip. Did she keep the milk down? If she threw it up, I wouldn't count it. Maybe keep offering/persisting with the drinks and ice blocks?
