Hugs hun, your doing a great job. DD2 went through this at 5months so I think it is very normal. I did take her to an osteopath to get her checked out and that helped a lot. She worked on her belly, back and head. She showed me some massages that really worked to calm her down too. She did not have reflux so I knew that did not cause her to get upset.
