Matilda went through this phase for oh... 6 months. She just refused all meat & veges had to be hidden well. I would offer her dinner and watch it land on the floor & we would try heaps of different ways to encourage her to eat. I'm pretty sure its an age & developmental thing.
She ate heaps of omelettes... cheesy ones with zucchini or carrot grated finely through. And muffins and bolognaise with vege's hidden in it. I made sure I had at least 3-4 meals a week that had hidden veges & then the rest were normal meals as I felt she had to "learn" how to eat them again. Matilda ate heaps of fruit as well so I just let her have that fresh too.
Now she eats 80% of the food thats put before her & that makes me happy. She may decide one day she doesn't like something, but she generally will leave it alone or eat around it and then may eat it the next day. The only thing she definately hates is red meat that isn't minced & I can live with that
